Who we are

TGS Architects is a professional design firm offering complete architectural design, interior design, master planning and feasibility services to clients throughout the United States. Founded in 1981, the firm is headquartered in the Dallas Fort Worth area and is known for the design of financial institutions, office buildings, medical facilities, shopping centers, dormitories, churches, operation centers and unique specialty design projects. The firm is known for its forward-thinking approach to architectural design having won multiple design awards.

TGS Architects provides our clients with the unique service of Principal involvement throughout the entire project. Because of the desire to offer quality design services, we insist on daily involvement by the Principals. In this manner, we can assure our clients that our projects are completed within the Owner's time frame and budget. This style of project management is contrasted to the more traditional approach where projects are managed by phase using less experienced project architects or project managers.

Dallas Taylor, AIA

principal + Architect

Dallas Taylor is a Principal and Architect of TGS Architects. He specializes in the design of commercial and financial institutions having designed more than 700 financial buildings throughout the United States. In addition to conducting multiple seminars dealing with financial building design, Dallas has international experience designing buildings in Japan and Korea. His particular skills include master planning, architectural design, operations analysis, and project management.

Sean Neal

architect + PROJECT MANAGER

Sean Neal is an architect and project manager at TGS Architects. Sean's design and construction experience help clients achieve the best possible design that meets their functional and visual needs. Sean has a vast knowledge of construction and design having worked the past 15 years in the design build industry specializing in financial institution and commercial projects.

Amy Renno, RID

INTERIOR DESIGNER

Amy Renno is a licensed interior designer for TGS Architects. Amy specializes in commercial interior design for financial and other commercial clients having designed hundreds of projects throughout her career. Her particular skills include interior design, space planning, millwork design, interior finish selections, furniture and artwork and client communications.

 
 
 
 

LEE SOUTH

CONSTRUCTION CONSULTANT

Lee South is a consultant for TGS Architects. Lee is a second generation commercial builder having constructed a wide variety of projects nationwide. His experience spans from office high-rise and medical facilities to industrial and retail projects with the last 15 years dedicated exclusively to financial institutions. Lee's financial project expertise includes corporate offices, operation centers, call centers, full service branch locations and small convenience branches.

TECHNOLOGY CONSULTANT

Jeff Taylor is a consultant for TGS Architects. Jeff’s background with technology (Dell) and financial (JP Morgan Chase) companies are invaluable to the team. Jeff's expertise is understanding the technology needs of the financial institution of the future and his unparalleled involvement begins with the early planning and consulting stages and continues through construction to final completion.
